Finney's Crafthouse to Open First Las Vegas Location in Fall

Finney's Crafthouse, a popular sports-focused restaurant and bar chain from Southern California, is set to open its first location outside of California in Las Vegas this September. The new establishment will take over the 245-seat space formerly occupied by Wolfgang Puck Players Locker at 10955 Oval Park Drive in The Dining Arroyo.

This expansion marks a significant step for the brand, founded in 2016 by twin brothers Greg and Brad Finefrock. Finney's Crafthouse currently operates 16 locations across Southern California and derives its name from the Finefrock brothers' high school nickname. The Las Vegas venue aims to bring 20 HDTVs, 30 rotating craft beer options, and over 50 scratch-made dishes to the area. The menu will feature items such as mahi mahi tacos, pepperoni pizza, buffalo cauliflower, and an A6 Wagyu burger, alongside 18 signature cocktails made with fresh-squeezed juices.

"Las Vegas has one of the most passionate sports cities with some of the best fans in the country, and we can't wait to be part of it," Greg Finefrock stated in an announcement. The restaurant's proximity to Las Vegas Ballpark, home of the Triple-A Las Vegas Aviators, is expected to attract sports enthusiasts.

The former Wolfgang Puck Players Locker, which opened in February 2020, had replaced the Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill. Puck's restaurant group had reportedly planned to convert the space into an off-Strip version of its Italian restaurant Lupo, but those plans did not materialize. Finney's Crafthouse will now occupy the site.

This initial Las Vegas opening is part of a larger expansion strategy, with a second Finney's Crafthouse location already scheduled to open in the Las Vegas Valley later this year.
