Disney World Offers Up to 25% Discount for Disney+ Subscribers This Fall

Walt Disney World is offering a discount of up to 25% on vacation packages for Disney+ subscribers during the fall season, with savings available on stays from late September through Christmas. This offer is exclusively for Disney+ Perks members and includes a complimentary upgrade to a Park Hopper ticket when booking a qualifying 4-night stay.

The promotion allows for savings on select room rates and is applicable to specific dates within the promotional period. To qualify, the Disney+ subscriber must be staying in the room. The offer has certain restrictions, including additional per-adult charges for rooms with more than two adults, and a maximum stay of 14 days. Some room types are excluded from the discount, such as 3-Bedroom Villas, Club Level rooms at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Jambo House, Cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, and Bungalows and Penthouses at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.

This initiative comes as the theme park has seen record costs, with a projected one-day park ticket price of $219 per person through October 2027, particularly for peak weekends. Ticket prices vary by park, with The Magic Kingdom generally being the most expensive, followed by Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios.

In addition to the Disney+ subscriber deal, other discounts are available for the same travel dates. Florida residents can receive discounts of up to 25%, while Annual Passholders may get up to 30% off. The park aims to maintain accessibility for guests by providing various packages and deals, with services like Be Our Guest Vacations, an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, available to assist guests in finding suitable options.

Recent changes at the parks, such as the removal of the "Lightning Lane" perk for hotel guests offering early entry, have drawn criticism from some visitors. Online discussions reflect concerns about rising costs impacting the decision to return, with some guests comparing the expense unfavorably to international travel.
