Dean Norris, known for his role as Hank Schrader in "Breaking Bad," has put his 11-acre estate in Temecula, California, up for sale at $3,199,267. The listing comes as Norris and his wife, Bridget Norris, are involved in divorce proceedings and a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing for their business.
The 7,000-square-foot home, which the couple purchased in 2024 for $1,725,000, features nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and a guesthouse. The property also includes an infinity pool, a spa, an outdoor kitchen, a four-stall horse barn, and a fruit orchard.
Bridget Norris filed for divorce in February 2025, citing irreconcilable differences and listing their separation date as January 15, 2025. She is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their five children, two of whom are minors, and spousal support. Dean Norris, 63, responded to the filing in May.
The couple also co-owns the Swing Inn Cafe restaurant in Temecula, which has been in operation since 1927. Dean and Bridget took over the establishment in 2002. In September, they filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy for the business, listing assets of approximately $147,809.58 against liabilities of over $1.8 million.
Dean Norris gained fame for his portrayal of DEA agent Hank Schrader on AMC's "Breaking Bad" from 2008 to 2013. His representatives have not yet responded to requests for comment regarding the sale and ongoing legal matters.
