Curium is set to acquire Lantheus Holdings in a deal valued at an initial $6.7 billion. The acquisition agreement stipulates that Curium will pay $102.50 per share in cash for Lantheus.
This purchase price signifies a 2.9% premium over Lantheus's closing stock price on Friday. It also represents an 8.5% increase compared to Lantheus's closing price on May 21, prior to a Bloomberg report suggesting Curium was considering a takeover of the company.
