Clinique has introduced its Daily Calm Collection, a new line of skincare and makeup products specifically formulated for individuals with sensitive skin. The collection, which launched on Amazon on July 1, is designed to provide an immediate soothing effect while also working to repair the skin barrier and reduce long-term sensitivity.

According to Janet Pardo, senior vice president of global product development at Clinique, the line was created in response to a growing number of consumers who identify as having very sensitive or sensitized skin. The brand focused on developing a simplified routine to support the skin barrier and address visible irritation and discomfort. The collection includes four essential products: the Daily Calm Gentle Cream Cleanser, Daily Calm Soothing Repair Cream, Daily Calm Makeup Balm, and Daily Calm Lip + Cheek Color.

The collection is particularly relevant as sensitive skin conditions are reportedly affecting more adults worldwide, with a notable prevalence among Gen Z and Millennials. Clinique's objective with this line is not only to calm existing irritation but also to help prevent its recurrence.

The Clinique Daily Calm Gentle Cream Cleanser is formulated with hydrating ingredients such as glycerin, hyaluronic acid, and squalane, along with botanical extracts like magnolia. It is designed to cleanse without stripping the skin, leaving it feeling calm, hydrated, and less reactive. The fragrance-free formula is free from parabens, phthalates, sulfates, drying alcohol, and synthetic dyes.
