The cosmetics industry is proving to be a lucrative avenue for the children of the famous, with many leveraging their family names to build multi-million dollar beauty empires. These "nepo babies," as they are often called, are moving beyond modeling and reality television to establish their own brands in a market experiencing significant growth.

Kylie Jenner is frequently cited as an early success story. In 2020, she finalized a deal to sell a majority stake in her company, Kylie Cosmetics, to Coty Inc. for $600 million. Her journey began at age 17 when she conceived the idea for her Lip Kits, which sold out rapidly upon launch and quickly established the brand as a major player.

Following Jenner's path, Hailey Bieber sold her skincare brand Rhode to e.l.f. Beauty in May 2025 for a reported $1 billion. Bieber stated that the majority of the proceeds would be allocated to her son's future, with plans to invest wisely. She launched Rhode in 2022, emphasizing the importance of majority ownership in her own venture.

New Ventures in Beauty

Harper Beckham, the 15-year-old daughter of David and Victoria Beckham, is preparing to launch her own skincare business, reportedly named Harlo by Harper. The venture, which Victoria Beckham has supported, is expected to include facial washes and creams targeted at Gen Z and Gen Alpha. This follows a setback where the proposed U.S. trademark for "Hiku By Harper" was initially refused due to potential confusion with existing companies. Victoria Beckham shared that Harper's personal struggles with acne inspired her to create a beauty brand.

Valencia Fury, the 8-year-old daughter of boxers Tyson and Paris Fury, has become the latest young celebrity offspring to enter the beauty market. She recently announced a collaboration with Superdrug for her "Fantasy Cosmetics" collection, featuring beauty and hair accessories. Tyson Fury expressed pride in his daughter's venture, highlighting her early enthusiasm for makeup.

Princess Andre, the 19-year-old daughter of Katie Price and Peter Andre, is also aiming to establish her own makeup brand, "By Princess." In the interim, she has partnered with Superdrug for the second consecutive year, promoting various cosmetic products. Her ambitions reportedly align with becoming a significant figure in the beauty industry, similar to Kylie Jenner.

Other notable figures from celebrity families who have found success or made inroads in the beauty sector include Lila Moss, who has served as a brand ambassador for Yves Saint Laurent Beauty US, and Kaia Gerber, who became a global ambassador for NARS Cosmetics. Lily-Rose Depp, daughter of Vanessa Paradis and Johnny Depp, has maintained a long-standing relationship with Chanel as a brand muse. Lourdes Leon, daughter of Madonna, has also ventured into beauty, becoming an ambassador for Make Up For Ever and previously launching her own line, Material Girl Beauty.
